Ulrike Anderssen-Reuster, Dr. med.

… is chief physician at the station for Psychosomatic Illnesses and Psychotherapy at the City-Hospital Dreden-Neustadt. She has been practicing Zen-meditation for over 30 years as well as Vipassana, MBSR/MBCT and Yoga.

Susanne Heil

… has studied experience-based body-psychotherapy and works as a natural health professional with Shiatsu and Hakomi. She has been meditating for 20 years and more recently has added Yoga and Qigong to her routine.

Robert Hofberger

… has studied experience-based body-psychotherapy. He teaches meditation and hosts seminars and retreats. He has been practicing meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition since 1997.

Günter Hudasch

… is chairman of the professional association of MBSR and MBCT teachers in Germany. He offers mindfulness training in companies and works as coach and adviser with managers. He has been going on retreats and practicing meditation in different traditions for 12 years.

… works as a psychological psychotherapist in private practice and teaches in educational facilities and institutions. She offers courses and seminars regarding mindfulness and self-compassion.

Gabriela Martens

She offers seminars about constructive conflict resolution as a basis for good relationships. She has been practicing meditation and Yoga since 1981.

Tineke Osterloh

… is working as a Buddhist meditation teacher, Dharma coach, a systemic coach and author. She has been exploring Buddhist meditation (Vipassana, Metta, Zen) and the wisdom traditions for more than 20 years.

Michael Peterssen

… studied philosophy and law. He has been teaching meditation, Buddhist philosophy and their relationship to western philosophy since 1993. His meditation practice started in 1975.

Alexandra Pfohlmann

… is teaching Buddhism and psychotherapy. She works as a logotherapist and studied cultural sciences and aesthetic practices. For the past 20 years she has been interested in the theory and practice of the interaction of western psychotherapy and contemplative methods of the east.

Lothar Schwalm

… teaches MBSR since 2003 and MBCT since 2008. His spiritual background is Vipassana meditation which he has been practicing for 23 years.

Birgit Schönberger

… is a coach, communication trainer and author. She has been meditating since 1993 and has experience with different kinds of meditations. She has been practicing Zen for many years.

… is running a meditation program in Berlin-Neukölln and has been the local pastor for a long time. He has been practicing Vipassana meditation since 1980.

Axel Wasmann
